ANE provides a comprehensive range of services from on site surveys and assessments, inspections and recommendations, installations and commissioning of products and onsite repairs where feasible.
A significant package offering is our service and maintenance contracts. These are formal agreements based on agreed service levels to ensure expectations are agreed and met. This process allows for examination and testing of equipment at predetermined intervals based on customer and OEM requirements. From these inspections, reports and recommendations are provided to you the customer. Where immediate attention is required and can be undertaken this will be done. More advanced work will be scheduled with the customer for a suitable date.
These service and maintenance contracts are very flexible and allow the customer to choose the level of service required.
